I have been selling homes in the Hutt Valley since 2010. 364 confirmed sales and over $235 million in settled property. Most of my listings come through referrals from people I have worked with before. That tells you more about how I work than I can.
I operate as Anna Manning Real Estate under Ray White Leaders. In the past two years I have completed 80 sales totalling $59.2 million, and I sit in the top 3% of agents at Ray White Leaders. Before real estate I worked in advertising in Wellington and Tokyo, and in residential real estate in Yokohama. Behind every listing is a four-person team, which means when you need something, someone is always there.
